Shipping & Refund policy

Shipping Policy

After you placed the order with www.ikidland.com and transaction went through, we will process your order during 2-5 business days, beside the delivery/freight time to ship it to your address.

We do offer a standard shipping of 2-6 business days. We offer a standard shipping cost of $9.99 for the whole order.

 

Please be advised, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and there may be a surcharge, beside the shipping cost for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territories*.

*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship international.

Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order that is indicated by tracking number. You may ship it back on the 14th day, as your last date, and the date should be post marked. For example, you placed an order on June 1st, received the order on June 5th, so your 14 days return period starts counting on June 5th. Your last day will be June 19th, and this date should be the date on the postage mark. The shipping period is waived from counting. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 

 - Product is defective

 - Product is not as described

 - Product must be in original packaging, even if it was open

 - Product must be unused

 - Product and original packaging must not be damaged

 

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping cost for returns

The customer is responsible for returning shipping cost, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

In order to return an order, please submit your return/exchange by clicking our returns portal.
